Everything here was great. So much room for my group, spacious. Pool table was fun, and the rooftop, wow. The bar up top, the jacuzzi with a view!

They say Pura Vida in Costa Rica - that's what we all said. It really was awesome.

The location was really good too. The town is right there, so if you needed anything, it was so easy to get.

Everything was clean, well managed from what we could all see.

Zero complaints.

So, if you're looking to go to Jaco, definitely check this place out. It gets my recommendation and all of my buddies too.

I've been to Jaco, Costa Rica numerous times. This time, a bunch of friends and I came with significant others. We decided to rent out this large house, rather than go w/ hotel rooms. It was def the right decision. Through the concierge (jacoVIP), we had a van that took us from and to the airport, a phone, a chef (optional, but we used 3 times) and concierge that not only answered our calls (day AND night), but also stopped by just to check on us. Everyone was happy with their rooms. We did have an A/C issue for about 1 hour, but the most impressive part is that as soon as I called, someone came over (within the hour!!!) and fixed it. Root top pool/spa was a great touch and was utilized on more than one occasion. The beach is about a 50 meter walk. I always say, you never know what you're gonna get in Costa Rica, but for this place you do. I highly recommend for bigger groups that want the niceness of a hotel, but the advantages of a house.

This home is massive and met the needs of our large group. Great view of the beach from the roof, short taxi or long walk into town. Not that I would have felt unsafe otherwise, but it was a plus to have a security guard each day from 6pm to 6am. I would definitely recommend this home to any large group visiting Jaco.

Great location, great house, and a great time. This house is great for surfing and just short walk to downtown for food and shops. My fist time in Costa Rica was a blast.

Beautiful home with awesome view from rooftop with pool and hot tub. We came for a guys trip of fishing, white water rafting and ATV riding. Conciers we on top of thier game and waited on us hand and foot and provided grocery shopping, taxi services and private chefs! Can't wait to come back and stay again! Awesome trip!

Jeff (the owner) is very easy to talk to and is very knowledgeable about the local hot spots whether it be food, nightlife, sights, etc. Francis (concierge) also is very understanding and is always trying to make your trip as best as possible. We were here for my friends bachelor party. If i can describe this place in one word it would be amazing. The service is great, the premises is mint and the owner is very nice. Highly recommend this place.

Hotel Nine was a great experience. The facility was very clean, great pool, and tremendous views and beach acess. very close to all of the main areas of Jaco Beach. Great staff, Frances was an awesome on site coordinator and Jack made the whole thing a very easy going experience. I will definately be back.

This house is so cute, tons of space, great pool, and convenient location. The hosts are SO nice and welcoming. We came for a bachelorette party and they stopped by to say hi and wish us a weekend full of fun memories. The house is clean, has adorable decor, and plenty of sleeping space. Would definitely come back!

Came for a bachelor party and had an incredible time! House is very spacious, pool really helps cut through the Austin heat, and there are great amenities around the house (Bluetooth speakers, plenty of towels, free WiFi, etc.). Highly recommended for large groups!

We had the best time at the Governor's Mansion for my sister's bachelorette party! The house was beautiful, had a ton of space for our large group, and was in a great location. The house is in a great neighborhood and it's only 5-10 minutes from downtown. Perfect location.

Deanna and Jack were also very nice and super easy to work with. When we had questions or needed something else at the house, Deanna was quick to respond and/or provide what we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

Stayed at the governors mansion for a 15 person bachelor party. By far exceeeded our expectations. House is huge so there was plenty of space for all of us. We maximized our time hanging by the large pool. House is also in a very convenient location near downtown. Would highly recommend this house to large groups going to Austin.

This house is the perfect size and location for any large group and the owners and management team are fantastic! I planned my sisters bachelorette party here and everyone loved the accommodations. There were ample toiletries, towels, and cooking supplies and Jack and DeAnna were wonderful-- they allowed us to check in early, had a gift for the bride-to-be, and were incredibly friendly and attentative. Would definitely stay here again or in any of their other properties!! Thank you Jack and crew!

House was very clean and in a great location. Short drive or walk to downtown. The house manager was understanding of all our needs and met every expectation. I would recommend this to any large group looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay. Ammenities will blow you away, all high end furniture, appliances, and fixtures.

This was our second time to stay at the Twin Palms Condos. There is a little discount for return visitors, although I thought (and think) it should be more. I can't praise the owner enough for being able to check in early. It was so helpful, especially traveling with children.

You can't beat the location. It's a quick drive down to the beach, there is a go cart place next door, next to that a pizza place...the other direction there are souvenir shops, and across the street is a stripes convience store and a daquri/snow cone stand, all less than a 5 minute walk. The pool is a shared area but we always had it to ourself. Outdoor shower is amazing and a must for after the beach. Hose as well to wash off the toys/shoes/chairs/etc.

We had some trouble with the air conditioning this time, the downstairs fan didn't work and it was so hot, if you didn't walk past the sensored air conditioning thermostat upstairs it would think you weren't home and turn up.

A few maintince issues were quickly addressed by the owner - there was condensation dripping from the vents and an AC repair man was there in 5 minutes. He added more foil tape to the unit but it didn't solve the problem. We had to keep a towel at the bottom of the stairs. We also didn't have a broom or dust pan anywhere and when we came back from the beach there was a broom in the driveway.

Plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels for all of us. Bring laundry detergent - amazing to be able to go home with no dirty clothes. But the dryer vent needs to be cleaned out, it takes a few times to dry a small load.

Overall, highly recommend. Thanks for another great year, Coronados!

GREAT property with AMAZING space AWESOMELY located. Amenities were more than could be asked for! Would LOVE to stay again!

Family holiday with 6 adults and three children! We instantly fell in love with this property!! The location is fantastic! The home is warm and inviting. The kitchen accessories are outstanding!! Screened in patio was a godsend to escape the mosquitos. The panic table and BBQ pit was an awesome plus!

We noticed that the property was available the night before we were intended to arrive. I contended the property manager to find out if we could add an additional night. Speedy reply of yes and a payment request! Fast and easy!

The location is amazing. Bron’s across the street provided great children and adult entertainment, as well as golf cart rentals. The staff is extremely friendly and the bands were great. Shopping and restaurants are a few blocks away! No need to jump in the car, just walk! The community pool is right next to the condo. It was like having a private pool.

We had two small problems that were addressed and resolved in less than four hours of contacting Erin! WOW!!!

The entire family agreed that they wanted to stay here on every visit!! :)

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday!!

We will totally be back to make more memories!!

This house is perfect walking distance or golf cart ride to the beach. The house was clean and cutely decorated for a beach vacation. The space was perfect for 6 adults and a baby. Would definitely rent again!

9 adults for 4 days and had a wonderful time! Condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Kitchen is equipped with all the utensils, pots/pans, dinnerware, and updated appliances one would need for preparing a meal. The community pool is well kept and most of weekend we were the only ones using it. Great location close to the beach, stores, and golf cart rentals. None of us had any complaints and really enjoyed this property. Will book again in the future.

The house exceeded expectations, it was a very nice place! We were all very happy with the way everything turned out. The staff was great and we had a blast!

Absolutely incredible location. The house was beautiful and had everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend for any parties!

This place is truly great! The beach and sunset were nothing short of amazing every single day and night. We had baby sea turtles walking around in the front yard that we helped back to the sea. The location was perfect, right in the middle of it all. Shopping, restaurants and bars are all right there or within a very short drive. The house cleaners didn’t miss a thing the entire time and were not in the way at all. My only complaint of the house was there is really no place to sit and just relax and still be part of the group. The house is built for maxim sleeping capacity and partying. If they would remove the small table under the staircase and make a relaxing area that would really make a positive difference to this house. We had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone!!

We just spent a week as the North Beach house and loved our time there. Luis and Estella where great at taking care of the house on a daily basis and Francis was wonderfully attentive on getting our activities scheduled and managing our last minute changes easily and professionally. The house was in great condition! It was very clean, very well maintained and worked really well for the 14 of us. We did have a prepared meal one day and the cooks did great! The food was yummy and when they left, they left a clean kitchen (kind of nice!)

The beds situation worked out for us, there was a combination of twins, doubles and kings. We were a family of 14 that has 5 sets of parents and then kids…so this worked for us but took a little maneuvering to make it work. The one thing that did work is the bottom story was for perfect for Grandma, she did not like doing the stairs and the bottom story was barrier free.

The location was ideal, the beach out front was nice for walking and at night it was pretty quite (Luis made sure of that!) and it was only a short taxi ride to down town or a nice 10-15 min walk. It was not too close to town but not too far.

NOTE: We did have a bit of a surprise when we got the contract, there are extra fees that are in the contract (that are not covered under VRBO) for security, cleaning, maintenance and for a concierge. For us this added up to about 10% of the cost of the rental and was quite a shock to us just before heading there. I STRONGLY suggest you read the rental contract closely before agreeing to it. With that said, we are are very glad that we had Francis (concierge) Luis (security and maintenance) and his lovely wife Estella (cleaning) with us for the week…it made this one of the best vacations we have ever done. (And that is saying a lot!)

This place was great. We opted for the addition breakfast service and enjoyed the comfort of the nightly security guard. Not that you need it. Jaco seamed to be very safe and a fun place to hang out on the beach. I will defiantly be using this house again in the future.

We had an a wonderful stay at this beach front palace on the Pacific with our friends. The rooms were large, clean and modern. A very high end, comfortable place to hang out. I love the roof top bar, every night a sunset to remember. Thanks to our hosts Bryan and Heidi who were great to deal with and set us up on some tours and fishing. Lots of fun! I'll be back :)

We spent Spring Break with 3 families renting Casa Dias (aka Casa Iguana). Best part of our vacation was this rental! Very comfortable, everything you would need. Each floor acts as a condo and the rooftop bar -- AMAZING! We sat up at the bar every day to watch the sunset, watch birds, enjoy cocktails, and just hang out. The pool out back was perfect to cool down in. We rented a golf cart for the week which made getting around Jaco super easy. Costa Rica is hot in April so between a swim in the beach, a swim in our pool, and hanging on the roof -- we were all able to stay cool. Matt acted as our concierge which helped tremendously. We arranged to have a private chef (which I would do at the beginning of the week to enjoy all the leftovers), went on a crocodile tour, rented a boat to Tortuga (not my fav thing), charter fishing, and zip lining. I wish I would have gone to the National Park instead of the boat rental. While I don't think of myself as a bird watcher, it's hard to not appreciate all the beautiful birds flying over this great rental. The town of Jaco itself, during the day, was a great surf town. We had awesome taco's at the Taco Joint. Casa Dias made our vacation with other families very enjoyable. No one felt crowded. I highly recommend it!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Iguana from June 23-30, 2018. We were three families of 12 people traveling to Costa Rica from four different areas of the United States. From the beginning of our experience, Brian and Heidi made everything perfect. We decided not to rent a car so he arranged transportation from the airport to the house and back again which was seamless. He has a trusted driver he has used for years and Luis took very good care of us. We flew in and out and different times and everything was seamless.

The home is amazing! The pictures are beautiful for don't do it justice! Each floor, while the whole house feels like one home, offers space for an individual family. Each balcony on the front of the home looks directy onto the beach, the sunsets were stunning. We traveled with one family with small kiddos and when they woke up in the morning, since they had their own space did not disrupt the rest of us! We all got great sleep and left rested. The windows on each floor are floor to ceiling glass and the views of the ocean are perfect. The roof top deck is something out of a movie, we sat up there at night, watched the sunset, had a cocktail and felt on top of the world. We grilled Mahi Mahi on the roof top deck one night that a couple of our guys caught one day on a fishing trip! Perfect!

Whie we were there, we sat with Brian on the first day and let him know about some things we wanted to try, he arranged EVERYTHING! He just told us when to be ready to go! We went on an ATV trip through the rainforest, we went zip lining, we went on a day trip down a river to see monkeys and then on to a beach close to the national park, all of which were perfect! The guides that Brian requested were amazing, we had so much fun!

We continued to use the same driver while we went on these adventures, Luis, he was amazing. He would stop at the grocery store for us if we wanted, pull over to see something or wait while we went to lunch on our day adventure! I can't say enough how seamless and easy this vacation was for our families!

The beach, I had a hard time really getting a feeing for the beach before we left from the internet but I can say we were not at all disappointed. It is a very fine black sand beach with warm wonderful water. We had kiddos from 3-15 and everyone was safe playing in the ocean. There sand was so soft in front of the house, no rocks in the water, so enjoyable to play all day! BEST. VACATION. EVER!

The property is wonderful. We rented the entire condo for a group of 12 and it was perfect. Bryan and Heidi could not have been nicer and arranged several excursions for us which were all top notch. The beach is literally steps from the condo. We would definitely recommend this property!

House was perfect! Very spacious with private access to the beach. Hot water cold a/c and a full kitchen. Don't know what else you could need down there. I would go back in a heart beat!!

We visited for the Christmas to New year period and enjoyed the great restaurants and family friendly atmosphere of Jaco beach and especially Casa De Las Olas. Our home for the holidays was perfect for the 10 of us and we enjoyed the ocean air and surf from dawn to sunset every day. Our host couple Bryan and Heidi gave us support whenever we asked and took all the stress away from making reservations and excursion arrangements . This service was very appreciated. We loved the "laid back" culture of the region and little beach town. Truly a beautiful country and region.
